I’ve been coming here since August of 2023. I had no problem trusting them after reading their reviews and going to their free consultation. I was worried about cost as I heard that braces could be expensive. CTBraces was able to offer me multiple payment plans to best fit my budget. All reasonably priced. Since then, I have had the pleasure of being seen by their wonderful staff and skilled doctors. I am always warmly welcomed in and the staff does everything that they can to make me feel comfortable. I also appreciate their option to either text or call with whatever questions or concerns I have. They are always happy to help and answer quickly and efficiently. The doctor is great at what he does, and has no problem openly communicating and explaining treatment with his patients. I feel fantastic knowing that my smile is in good hands. I cannot say enough good things about CT Braces! We just started our daughter with braces this last week and the staff was incredible. Jessie Rose went above and beyond to answer all our questions and really put my daughter’s mind at ease. The office manager explained everything to us in depth the day of and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
