Joshua from the front desk, the manager Marilyn and Dr. Amirtha did a fantastic job settling me in and getting me comfortable with the braces situation as I needed them from an accident that broke my face essentially and made me feel absolutely welcomed and made my self conscious feeling about my face completely fade. Not to mention the work the doctors and the staff do is perfect and fast. 10/10 I appreciate you all very much and grateful I came in and met these wonderful, genuine individuals

Very friendly, knowledgeable and talked with my daughter the whole time making her feel very comfortable. He’s all about doing his job great and he is very professional. Very happy with my daughters teeth. Her smile looks amazing. We always requested to be seen with Crismarin, she is very nice, pleasant and listened to my concerns and she is very personable. Definitely recommend CT Braces!I give a three star for my experience with my other child that also came to Ct Braces. I am very happy with her overall outcome but not happy with the final care. I noticed two front teeth that were not fully in place and was treated only with retainers which I didn’t feel would fix the problem. On this instance felt the problem was not handled or resolved. I give Crismarin 5 stars!

I had such a great experience at Ct Braces. Veronica did a great job putting braces on. The doctor, manager, & all staff provided a genuinely warm & kind atmosphere. They even offer me to come outside a look at the solar eclipse with the solar glasses they had. I wasn’t expecting that type of experience but it’s something that I’ll never forget and now, I’m certainty looking forward to going back.

Front desk receptionist was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Dr Lee was thee dentist who was the on care doctor and was very good at the care and information given to me as a mother it was very comforting, and mark was very nice and explained everything which made my daughter Malania less nervous and more comfortable as the visit went on. I was very pleased with our first appointment visit.

I call the front desk and spoke to a very nice lady Sasha she was able to walk me through the normal procedure. Also helped me with insurance questions! Braces would try to work around my work schedule to give me the time I would need with their doctor visit . Sasha was so helpful I’d give her a raise ,she’s the kind of help a successful company needs to keep !

After 3 years (I needed a lot done and had two babies lol) they finally took off my braces and got my retainers today (one week after) . I am so happy with the outcome . The Orange and Ansonia offices treated me with patience and compassion. I can’t stop smiling 😊. This was well worth my money. I highly recommend because the staff is amazing!
