Kaylee was absolutely incredible. My daughter was in a full panic attack, hysterical and hyperventilating because she was so scared to get braces. There were so many people trying to talk to her and calm her down, and nothing was working. I had honestly given up hope that we would be able to go through with it that day.Then Kaylee stepped in. She was so calm, patient, and gentle. Instead of rushing or overwhelming her, she took the time to talk to my daughter, gain her trust, and make her feel safe. You could actually see the fear start to melt away. Somehow, she managed to keep her completely calm and successfully put the braces on without any tears by the end.Her kindness and bedside manner made all the difference. What felt impossible turned into a positive experience because of her. We are beyond grateful for Kaylee and can’t thank her enough.

CT braces on Boston Post Road is hands down my most favorite CT braces location!! Everyone who works there is super friendly, very knowledgeable about what they do, and overall my experience every time I go, there is very pleasant. About a year ago, I went to get a consultation for Invisalign and the treatment plan coordinator explained everything to me with a lot of detail, everything made sense down to the financial part. And I didn’t feel obligated to do or start anything. I got my Invisalign placed a week after my consultation, I followed the directions, and I got them off last week. My teeth look incredible!!

Yoni and Jenn and the front desk staff were amazing! Very personable and knowledgeable. I knew once I spoke to Yoni on the phone that they were who I wanted to trust my orthodontic care with. The financing is affordable and Yoni explained everything thoroughly. I was eager to get the process started the same day and they were more than happy to oblige. Jenn was gentle as I was a bit nervous and put me at ease. She also explained my aftercare so I know how to care for my braces myself. The overall experience was awesome and I am super happy. I transferred my daughter out from another orthodontist were I was not happy with the place(Dr. Dental). Ct braces was a great choice, Im glad I made the switch. Place was clean. Attention to detail of the work being done was great a total 360 from the other place. The staff was very nice, attentive and knowledgeable.

I had such a great experience at Ct Braces. Veronica did a great job putting braces on. The doctor, manager, & all staff provided a genuinely warm & kind atmosphere. They even offer me to come outside a look at the solar eclipse with the solar glasses they had. I wasn’t expecting that type of experience but it’s something that I’ll never forget and now, I’m certainty looking forward to going back.
