"Shannon and Devin were absolutely amazing during my visit for my retainers! They were not only extremely helpful and kind, but also so funny, which made the whole experience so much more comfortable. I was struggling to get my retainers to fit properly, and Devin suggested drinking iced water for the road to help. Shannon even brought it over to me along with chewies to help press them in. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. I truly appreciated their patience and positive energy. I will definitely be back to see them!"

He previously had a traumatizing prior experience, poor positioning and mouth piece not fitting with alot of pain.This time with Michael, really changed my son's experience with patience, talking him through it, reassurance,professional, positivity and more experience. I was so relieved, no mom wants to see their child in pain. I would refer him over and over again."
"Kaylee was absolutely incredible. My daughter was in a full panic attack, hysterical and hyperventilating because she was so scared to get braces. There were so many people trying to talk to her and calm her down, and nothing was working. I had honestly given up hope that we would be able to go through with it that day.Then Kaylee stepped in. She was so calm, patient, and gentle. Instead of rushing or overwhelming her, she took the time to talk to my daughter, gain her trust, and make her feel safe. You could actually see the fear start to melt away. Somehow, she managed to keep her completely calm and successfully put the braces on without any tears by the end.Her kindness and bedside manner made all the difference. What felt impossible turned into a positive experience because of her. We are beyond grateful for Kaylee and can’t thank her enough."

"CT braces on Boston Post Road is hands down my most favorite CT braces location!! Everyone who works there is super friendly, very knowledgeable about what they do, and overall my experience every time I go, there is very pleasant. About a year ago, I went to get a consultation for Invisalign and the treatment plan coordinator explained everything to me with a lot of detail, everything made sense down to the financial part. And I didn’t feel obligated to do or start anything. I got my Invisalign placed a week after my consultation, I followed the directions, and I got them off last week. My teeth look incredible!!"

"My journey with CT Braces began when my original orthodontist retired. I thought I would never find an orthodontist so great and kind in orthodontist specialty. Initially there was changing pain as the transition was made to CT Braces however the one consistency that I experienced which was a vital part of my continued care was dental technician, Georgina. Georgina knew my case since I began this process. She knew the difficulties that I experienced so often with the end metal piece began to poke my cheeks causing extreme pain. She threw so humor into the adjustment appointments and helped me relaxed. When I would have preferred the adjustment to me less painful or not tighten so much, she helped me understand, accept the journey of eventually straighten teeth and a clean look. She is a compassionate and empathetic person. By her disposition when you sit on her chair for adjustments, you know she loves her job and her patients by her tenderness and kindness."
