"I absolutely LOVE CTBraces when I first got braces they were all so nice and I only had them on for a year and a half to close my gap and fix my overbite but then I lost my permanent retainer during quarantine and they gladly put the braces back on, and it straightened my teeth back out in 6 months!! the part about this experience was how kind and efficient everyone was, I trusted everyone that helped me there and front desk staff was so so nice! i really appreciate them!😊"
"They were so very kind and caring when it came to removing my braces! Dr. Amirtha was great and soothing throughout the process especially her assistant Jules! She was so caring and supportive. I had brought my 6 year old daughter and they were very sweet to her and even brought over a small dog I believe they maybe have for emotional support and it made her so happy! "It was a quick and easy appointment! I had a women named Jules work on my braces (she’s very funny and pretty) and she did well to make sure I wasn’t in too much pain. She also gave me permission to bite her if I had too. I liked her a lot. Also Micheal was there too and I had a good conversation with him. Shout out to them :) they make the place more fun to be at and more comfortable even if I’m in excruciating pain 👍"
"I cannot say enough good things about CT Braces! We just started our daughter with braces this last week and the staff was incredible. Jessie Rose went above and beyond to answer all our questions and really put my daughter’s mind at ease. The office manager explained everything to us in depth the day of and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Sam was with us the day of putting her braces on and again explained everything perfectly and made sure my daughter was comfortable the whole time. "The whole establishment is amazing. The staff I’ve encountered so far are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The Orthodontist was very nice and very knowledgeable so she definitely knows exactly what she is doing. She has always been great with all the children. Her assistant Samatha made my daughter feel so comfortable and relaxed. She did an amazing job putting my daughter braces on. She put smiles on our faces and she was very friendly and funny. We went back for my daughter’s 2nd visit and Michael was the assistant, he was just as I remember him years ago. Everyone was so nice to the point that I had to ask why everyone was nice lol. I work in healthcare so it feels amazing to walk into an establishment and to be greeted by someone like Marilyn who was just a breath a fresh air, kind, and explained payment options patiently. Marilyn might have been the best part of this experience! Then there was Ayanna who took her time in taking my X-rays, very personable and friendly. "Highly recommend! I used CT Braces for my Invisalign a few years ago. I broke my retainer and didn't follow up to get a new one during the height of the pandemic. Now I need to go back and have it for another 6-9 months, since my close teeth make flossing very difficult.I tell this story to tell you that Yazmary (hope I'm spelling it right) went to bat for me with the insurance company and didn't give up until she saved me a *boatload* of money. She fought hard for me for months, and now I know I can afford to have this done. I can't thank her and CT Braces enough, and I'll be back with my son when it is time for braces for him!"

Having my lips pried open by plastic retractors won’t ever be the highlight of my day, but with Sheetal’s great sense of humor, it came a close second. She explains the rationale behind her recommendations clearly and without prompting, which is always appreciated.She also truly cares about your individual experience and circumstances— when I mentioned that my old retainers were almost fully broken in half, she moved up my pick-up date! So clean, professional, the staff is super friendly and accommodating!I went there with my son in hopes of the insurance being able to pay for his braces removal that were really bothering him after calling around and every other orthodontist telling me i would have to come out of pocket for it $300 feeCT braces had me come in to see what they could do they took my insurance card info and the (receptionist super nice) and the ortho assistant made sure she did everything she could so he wouldn't leave uncomfortable, HE HAD HIS BRACES OFF SAME DAY! Quick and easy...Definitely recommend this place! And my son was so surprised at the end of his visit he got a water bottle filled with candy he said never been to a dentist who gives u candy! Lol"
