"Shannon and Devin were absolutely amazing during my visit for my retainers! They were not only extremely helpful and kind, but also so funny, which made the whole experience so much more comfortable. I was struggling to get my retainers to fit properly, and Devin suggested drinking iced water for the road to help. Shannon even brought it over to me along with chewies to help press them in. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. I truly appreciated their patience and positive energy. I will definitely be back to see them!"

"I absolutely LOVE CTBraces when I first got braces they were all so nice and I only had them on for a year and a half to close my gap and fix my overbite but then I lost my permanent retainer during quarantine and they gladly put the braces back on, and it straightened my teeth back out in 6 months!! the part about this experience was how kind and efficient everyone was, I trusted everyone that helped me there and front desk staff was so so nice! i really appreciate them!😊"
"So I have to give my honest review, CT BRACES. Is one of the best in Ct, and the customer service is the best. Dr. Ankah is professional & detailed in ensuring that the patients are comfortable. I had a few issues with my retainers & every time I came in he would take care of my issue & find a solution to the problem. The staff in the front are amazing, especially Devin she's a great asset along with the other ladies.THANK YOU CT BRACES!"

"Very happy with my daughters teeth. Her smile looks amazing. We always requested to be seen with Crismarin, she is very nice, pleasant and listened to my concerns and she is very personable. Definitely recommend CT Braces!I give a three star for my experience with my other child that also came to Ct Braces. I am very happy with her overall outcome but not happy with the final care. I noticed two front teeth that were not fully in place and was treated only with retainers which I didn’t feel would fix the problem. On this instance felt the problem was not handled or resolved. I give Crismarin 5 stars!"

"After 3 years (I needed a lot done and had two babies lol) they finally took off my braces and got my retainers today (one week after) . I am so happy with the outcome . The Orange and Ansonia offices treated me with patience and compassion. I can’t stop smiling 😊. This was well worth my money. I highly recommend because the staff is amazing!"

"I have never laughed as much as I did during an orthodontic visit before. Sheetal is a delight! Having my lips pried open by plastic retractors won’t ever be the highlight of my day, but with Sheetal’s great sense of humor, it came a close second. Beyond excellent bedside manner, she was great at patient counseling and education. She explains the rationale behind her recommendations clearly and without prompting, which is always appreciated.She also truly cares about your individual experience and circumstances— when I mentioned that my old retainers were almost fully broken in half, she moved up my pick-up date! Sheetal absolutely did not have to do that. After a quick check, she was able to move up my pickup date for me. But even if she weren’t able to, the gesture itself is so touching. I’m very grateful that she went out of her way to be considerate. Thank you!"
