I wasnât really crazy about making a huge financial commitment to getting braces since Iâm not 12 years old anymore, but Dr. Cass and Allison, the office manager were more than fair, and Iâm delighted with the job that was done. Karla the TC was extremely gentle and caring when she took photos and X-rays of my injured mouth and teeth. Dr. Cass reviewed my photos and X-rays, he has an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Cass took the time to explain how the trauma affected my teeth and explained all potential outcomes and options. "My journey with CT Braces began when my original orthodontist retired. I thought I would never find an orthodontist so great and kind in orthodontist specialty. Initially there was changing pain as the transition was made to CT Braces however the one consistency that I experienced which was a vital part of my continued care was dental technician, Georgina. Georgina knew my case since I began this process. She knew the difficulties that I experienced so often with the end metal piece began to poke my cheeks causing extreme pain. She threw so humor into the adjustment appointments and helped me relaxed. When I would have preferred the adjustment to me less painful or not tighten so much, she helped me understand, accept the journey of eventually straighten teeth and a clean look. She is a compassionate and empathetic person. By her disposition when you sit on her chair for adjustments, you know she loves her job and her patients by her tenderness and kindness."
