I had a few issues with my retainers & every time I came in he would take care of my issue & find a solution to the problem. I was nervous getting braces as an adult and then shortly after I got my braces on I lost my dental insurance and instead of using that as a way to make money on me they helped put me at ease with a simple payment plan without the headache, bank emptying or need to try to negotiate they just called me and solved the problem in minutes! 😊"

I had one young lady who walked me completely through each step she was doing on my son, seeing how it's the first time any of my kids had braces put on I appreciate the education they provided while taking care of my son. "My son started off with Invisalign for 3 years. Unfortunately, he had a very stubborn tooth that didn't want to descend, so he had to have braces put on, which was not CT Braces fault. "I am extremely happy with the caring, compassionate, and skilled treatment I received. For many years I wanted to correct my bite with Invisalign. My long-term dentist told me I was not a candidate and would require braces. So, I went for a consultation with Dr Greenberg, and she said it was possible. Everyone I interacted with during my treatment from Cheryl & Evelyn on the front end to Erianny and Dr Greenberg for treatments were exceptional. "Dr. Desai and his staff has been amazing to work with. He has transformed our (my son and I) smiles. I was referred to a different dr.'s office, but decided to go with this company because I love the convenience of all of the CT Braces offices. Having to work around school scheduling and work, they have made it easy. In the beginning there were issues with the financing part (it could have been on one person who I've noticed does not work there any longer) of it, but it was fixed and worked out well. I love how organize the facilities are and how everything really is family oriented. When I came to my visits, the staff became like my relatives. I will recommend everyone to this company and can't stop raving about them every chance I have. I love my smile and how Dr. Desai took his time perfecting it. He is very sweet and passionate about his work and will stop at nothing to satisfy his patients. I will miss him and the staff since my treatment is completed. I will probably stop in to say hi. But they are the best and you will be in excellent hands.P.s. all of the staff at every location have been great, I had no complaints besides the one con I mentioned in the beginning, but as I stated shortly after experiencing that hiccup I noticed the individual no longer worked there, and I didnt even have to mention it to anyone.
