"Shannon and Devin were absolutely amazing during my visit for my retainers! They were not only extremely helpful and kind, but also so funny, which made the whole experience so much more comfortable. I was struggling to get my retainers to fit properly, and Devin suggested drinking iced water for the road to help. Shannon even brought it over to me along with chewies to help press them in. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. I truly appreciated their patience and positive energy. I will definitely be back to see them!"

"I’ve been coming here since August of 2023. I had no problem trusting them after reading their reviews and going to their free consultation. I was worried about cost as I heard that braces could be expensive. CTBraces was able to offer me multiple payment plans to best fit my budget. All reasonably priced. Since then, I have had the pleasure of being seen by their wonderful staff and skilled doctors. I am always warmly welcomed in and the staff does everything that they can to make me feel comfortable. I noticed two front teeth that were not fully in place and was treated only with retainers which I didn’t feel would fix the problem. On this instance felt the problem was not handled or resolved. "At first I was a little Leary receiving services at Ct Braces because it is a training practice. However, I have to acknowledge the staff (reception), the orthodontist and the orthodontist in training are wonderful. They are helpful, patient and caring. They take there time with my daughter at each and every visit. We do not feel like she is another number in which she may have been at another practice.I also appreciate as the orthodontist in training are being taught the trainer is super patient, and seem to go at any length to help the trainee to understand.I have to acknowledge the front desk staff (reception). "Let's see, where do I begin...Throughout the whole journey, the staff within CTBraces were tremendously helpful and caring; not only did they walk you through the process, they also allowed you to come in at any time whenever you're feeling discomfort. I believe that comfortability is one of their most important goals for their patients. Whether if its wires poking at your cheeks, or a broken bracket, they will fix your situation at any given time, just give them a call!The team is amazing, so much character to every single one of them. There was never an appointment where the staff doesn't want to have a little conversation with you, and it's great. The small talks makes you feel less stressed about the whole thing and honestly, feels like another home couple minutes away from your home lol.All in all, I highly recommend this place for you, the price is right, and the staff is 10/10. You'll definitely make some new connections at the place! On a personal note, the feeling when you can finally take off the braces and feel your teeth again is immaculate, one of the weirdest and most satisfying feeling you'll ever get after 2-3 years of enduring train tracks on your teeth, but don't let train tracks ruin your thoughts on braces, my smile is amazing now because of the pain!"

I have moved to Milwaukee couple of years back, but I am happy to catch a flight to LGA, drive to Bridgeport (or any other location) doing all that in a day trip in every 6 months or so. In a recent situation, I could not travel due to COVID 19, so I just left a message on the website that I am running out of my Invisalign trays. "Dr. Desai at CT braces is an amazing doctor. I had TMJ with constant popping in my jaw every time I closed my mouth. It hurt to even eat. I went to 3 orthodontists before I found this place. Each one of them did not help me. They had told me that I had a problem that they were not sure if they could help it or not. When I saw Dr. Desai he literally sat down with me for about an hour as I explained my unique situation. His office and staff is very welcoming and they have all the new technology. "I've had my braces for about 2 years now and getting them off soon. When i first went to the orthodontics in Bridgeport i was nervous if my braces were going to be painful when putting them in, if i was going to take care of the braces well and what type of braces i was going to get, clear or metal. The staff was very helpful and told me the pros and cons about which type of braces i should get and i choose the clear braces. The staff told me what things i shouldnt eat and how to clean them and take care of them. I've broken some brackets but they fix them quickly. I still go to my monthly check ups to tighten my braces. I would recommend anyone to go there!"
"I was recommended to this office by a coworker and I cant thank her enough. I've been told by many other orthodontists that I would need teeth removed before I can get braces, but with Bridgeport Orthodontics, they told me that was unnecessary. Not only is it affordable, but they allow you to make monthly payments without interest! At every appointment, I'm in and out within 15-30 mins INCLUDING wait time. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They have fun contests to enter and win great prizes (iPad, iPod touch etc). You will NOT regret coming here. One more thing, when I got consultations with other orthodontists, they would estimate that I would need braces for 3-5 years (varied by office). I have had my braces for 1 year as of last week and my teeth are absolutely straight! I only have 2 months left! That kind of gives you an idea of what kind of business/people you're dealing with. They're not out to get your money. They honestly want you to walk away with the smile you dreamed of."
